Action Packed Plett Life

Good news about the search for a new couch! Ryan and I spent a day couch shopping last week, and found a new set (one that should fit down our stairs) that we really like. Thanks to my friend Terrilee, who reminded me that with the couch we orginally bought I would have been CONSTANTLY arranging and fluffing all the pillows for the backrest. She is so right! So we bought a leather couch (to ward off Kitty hair) with the back rest pillows ATTACHED (for less propping-frustration). I'm getting really excited to see the set in the basement, which is also coming together like a charm. Ryan has been putting on the moldings, baseboards and trim, and it just looks fantastic. I can't believe that it started out as a gutted cement hole. We've also been thoroughly enjoying our new hardwood floors, and right now it seems that our yard might almost be under some level of control as well (the weeds have been mowed down). Things are looking good for the summer!
