Our last full day in Honolulu ended up being a little less eventful than we thought. After a long day at the Polynesian Cultural Center the day before, we decided to spend our last day of vacation just relaxing. So, we stayed at the hotel most of the day - just reading, and soaking up the sun. I went on a jaunt into the big city to do a little more shopping, and then headed in home in time for supper to celebrate Tommy's first birthday. We headed to Vancouver on a 5 1/2 hour flight on Saturday, stayed overnight in Vancouver, and then made the short flight home to Manitoba on Sunday afternoon.
It is good to be home, but it is hard to get back to life on a schedule - and a four hour time difference. Hopefully we will get back into the full swing of things shortly.
